Its range up to 200 feet.It use 1*6F22 9V Battery(for transmitter) 2*AAA 1.5V Battery(for Receiver). As the receiver use the AAA batteries, the Shock will not too strong for the dog. Some Big dog can feel the shock but he/she will ignore the shock because the shock level is not good enough for the big dog.The transmitter built-in Whistle function for you to call your dog. The whistle is not for warning the pet.The product coming with 1*Transmitter, 1*receiver, 1*6F22 9V Battery(for transmitter), 2*AAA 1.5V Batteries, 1*2 pairs of electrodes(for receiver), 1*test light(for test the shock function), 1*adjustable strap fit small/medium dog.
