I have used gentle leader and it has helped but he gets chafing something fierce with those nylon harnesses. He still pulls but he no longer has red skin from the friction of his harness. These harnesses don't look like they will take much abuse but this one has survived a Seattle winter in the rain and muck. I will buy it in different colors n ow that I know this is the one for him!
wonderful but pay attentionApril 2, 2010 Luc's mom(McKinleyville, California USA) I love this harness and, more importantly, my dog does! He really prances in it but pay attention: these run small. My guy is a small-to-medium wire-haired fox terrier and the large fits him perfectly. He ordinarily is pretty gnarly about anything on him but his I.D. collar, however we are both entirely satisfied with this product.
